Hey Guys!

So every month to do a kind of follow up with my favorites video on my youtube channel I will post the 3 following days my 3 wish lists for the upcoming month. (High end make up, Drugstore make up and fashion).

I have made those wish lists with polyvore and I will link at the end the link so you can have all the references of the products on the pictures if you want as well to get those products.

Nars Dual Intensity Callisto eyeshadow – £19

This baby caught my eyes few month ago and I completely forgot about it until recently. I love that color, it would be gorgeous for a light smokey eyes. It’s not grey, not purple just perfect for this time of the year and apparently the formula is amazing.

Too Faced Sugar Pop Palette – £24

This palette is so amazing, I discovered it through a youtuber and I fell in love. It is not my usual colors but I am more than willing to give it a go. Not to mention that the palette design is amazing, it is despite the beautiful colors a lovely make up item to own.

Tarte Park ave Princess Contour Palette £23

This contour palette has been everywhere on youtube and now that the fuss is a bit gone I want it. I would use it as a bronzer/blush palette more than a contour but still, the feedback are amazing. It is just a pain to get it in the uk so wish me luck.

Boxom Boxom Full Bodied Lipgloss £13

Again this brand is really hard to find in the uk but I heard amazing reviews about it and the spring colors are just to die for. The price is also very affordable for an high end product. Love that cherry color, I need it !

Marc Jacobs – Daisy eau de Sorbet

Oh dear God, I am a sucker for that perfume! It is so sweet and floral, the perfect combo ! I already have the one that came out last summer and the summer before but this one is so me. I just don’t know if it is a good idea to buy it now as I travel back home in may and that means duty free so we shall see.

Total : £131 ouch but I will start to hunt down for sure that too faced palette and that Nars eyeshadow had to be mine!

Benefit : Roller Lash Mascara Review

I got a sample in my Birchbox this month and as per usual I gave it a go for a good 2 weeks before reviewing properly the product.

I have to say that I adore it, I was already a big fan of the Bad gal one and I am really surprised once again. Benefit mascaras so far didn’t disappoint me and their formula and packaging is amazing. So before the review let’s see what the Benefit website says about the Roller Lash.

“It’s a roller for lashes! The eye-opening Hook ‘n’ Roll brush grabs, separates, lifts and curls…while the instant curve-setting formula holds for 12 hours.”

Very Cute, as usual Benefit is on it ! I love the roller like handle and the overall look is so cute, It is that kind of item that you keep on your vanity all the time. Of course the sample size does not reflect the actual packaging that is why I have posted an real picture from the Benefit website.

You can also once it’s finished clean the wand and keep it to do your brows or separate your lashes, it is so cute that it would be a crime to toss it away.

One of the best I ever tried so far. I know that I repeat myself a lot but my lashes are the weirdest in the world and I have tried so many different mascaras ! It is so hard to find one that is going to tamed those babies!

The mascara has a satin finish which  I really love, I want my mascaras to be efficient, pretty and natural.

It contains provitamin B5 and Serin which are really good for lash conditioning benefits. The formula is also water resistant, another selling point for me because my eyes are wet all the time, can’t help it so usually waterproof mascaras clump and look disgusting on me so water resistant is great because it is not the same it is more gentle.

The brush is also a big part of the formula because it is very unique, you have to roll the brushes around your lashes like you would do with a roller in your hair and that is how you create the perfect curve.

As you can see, it is hard to get a really nice picture, my eye lashes are really not cooperating but you can also see that the result is very natural and even.

You have to Gently wiggle the wand from base of lashes to tip. Repeat across your lashline, making sure to catch every lash.

Overall I would recommend that mascara to everyone, the only downside is the price but the formula is worth every penny in my opinion. If you want to treat yourself with an High end mascara, just go for that one.

Price : £19.50

Note : 10/10

Brand Focus : Sleek Blushes

Sleek is one of the most unique brand when it comes to drugstore make up. Honestly that Brand is the love child between MAC and Nars. The only difference is that the prices are pretty cheap and the quality sometimes much better.

Sleek is one of my favorite drugstore brand. The quality is incredible and the variety extremely decent for the price. What I like the most are the blushes. The brand offer also some blush trio but for me the individual one have already taken my heart.

Correct me if I am wrong but those little gems are less than £5 and to me those are
A complete Nars blush dupe. So if you are on budget well make sure you swatch it in your next trip to the drugstore.

A little bit of background

Sleek believe it or not was established in 1989 for woman of color. Then throughout the years they expanded and decided to create make up for all types of woman. They truly believe in the needs of woman for affordable but yet quality make up.

That Color is stunning and really settle. No shimmer, no glitter just a really buttery medium pink. The perfect blush for a natural look. It is like your natural cheek flush but better. You can also build it to make it more intense. That is for sure the Color I am going to go for now as spring is blooming in my make up.

Love that Color to bits, a real gem. It really make me think of Mata Hari from Nars and it is the perfect plum Color. This is more of an autumn Color, paired with smokey eyes and dark lipstick it can be gorgeous. I love the shimmer in that case because it gave the product a great healthy look once applied on the cheek.

That shade is a summer favorite ! Of course you need to be a little bit tan otherwise it will look weird or not very pigmented. But anyway like it or not even if you don’t like to sunbath your skin is anyway a little bit darker in summer than in winter, like it or not ladies ! So make sure you have a shade slightly darker for you foundation and apply generously that blush. The texture is very buttery and there is no shimmer or glitter added, it is just a nice orange coral blush. But it’s pigmented, beware !

Overall I have never been disappointed so far, all the blushes are very pigmented and the texture is so smooth and buttery. It is very easy to apply and blend.

Not the mention the amazing “sleek” packaging. As I said this brand Is a marriage between M.A.C and Nars. It looks very professional and the quality is more than good, it is high end. I still don’t know why it’s sold in drugstore!
